Mamoon Yunus, CEO
Mr. Yunus is an industry-honored CEO and visionary in API, Cloud and XML-based technologies. As the founder of Forum Systems, Mr. Yunus pioneered XML Security Gateways & Firewalls with the only granted patent for XML network appliances. He has spearheaded Forum’s direction and strategy for eight generations of award-winning API, SOA and XML security products. Prior to Forum Systems, Mr. Yunus was a Global Systems Engineer for webMethods (acquired by Software AG) where he developed XML-based business integration and architecture plans for companies such as GE, Pepsi, Siemens, and Mass Mutual. He has held various high-level executive positions at Informix (acquired by IBM) and Cambridge Technology Group.
Mr. Yunus holds two Graduate Degrees in Engineering from MIT and a BSME from Georgia Institute of Technology. InfoWorld recognized Mr. Yunus as one of 4 “Up and coming CTOs.” He is a sought after speaker at industry conferences such as RSA, Gartner, Network Interop, and Microsoft TechEd. Mr. Yunus has the distinction of showcasing

Jason Macy, CTO
Jason Macy is the Chief Technical Officer responsible for innovation and product strategy for global operations. Jason has been a leading visionary for modern and secure architecture design and successful deployment of API and Zero Trust technology solutions. Leveraging experience from hundreds of deployments worldwide, Jason enables our customers to pragmatically solve complex industry use cases and promote secure, modern, standards-based architecture principles. Jason works closely with customers to ensure cutting-edge innovation and real-world solution approaches continue to forge the leadership role of Forum Systems product technology and continue a long standard record of 100% deployment success.
Jason is also responsible for the design and innovation of our API testing and API simulation products. These products are deployed in over 100,000 sites worldwide and comprise the industry-leading set of capabilities for API and Cloud communication testing across functional, performance, and security testing.
Earlier in his career, Jason worked as the lead architect for Raytheon and was responsible for deployment, acceptance testing, and successful commissioning of the Air Traffic Control (ATC) system at Schipol Airport in Amsterdam, Holland.
Jason holds dual-degrees in both Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
Rizwan Mallal, COO
Rizwan Mallal serves as the Chief Operating Officer. As a founding member and Chief Security Architect of Forum Systems, the wholly owned subsidiary of Crosscheck Networks, Rizwan was responsible for all security related aspects of Forum’s technology.
Previously, Rizwan was the Chief Architect at Phobos where he was responsible for developing the industry’s first embedded SSL offloader. This product triggered Phobos’s acquisition by Sonicwall (acquired by Dell). Before joining Phobos, he was member of the core engineering group at Raptor Systems which pioneered the Firewall/VPN space. Raptor after its successful IPO was acquired by Axent (acquired by Symantec).
Rizwan started his career at Cambridge Technology Partners (acquired by Novell) where he was the technical lead in the client/server group.
Rizwan has a BSc. in Computer Science from Albright College and MSc. in Computer Science from University of Vermont.
Michael Canton, Vice President of World-Wide Sales
Michael Canton is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He has 30 years of experience in international enterprise sales, management and systems engineering at organizations such as IBM and Apple. While at IBM, Michael was responsible for some of the world’s most iconic brands such as: The Home Depot, The Coca-Cola Company, FedEx, UPS, Bank of America and and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Michael has been recognized numerous times as both Sales Representative of the Year and Systems Engineer of the Year.
Michael leverages his extensive background in security and enterprise software technology to oversee the sales of Forum Systems’ industry-leading solutions and ensure that they help solve the unique business and technical requirements of major market sectors such as: Public Sector, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services and Insurance and Banking.
As a member of the Forum Systems’ Leadership Team, Michael is responsible for both direct sales as well as the partner channel – working with resellers and global system integrators around the world.
Michael holds a degree from the University of Florida.
